At Perfect eSIM, we strive to provide the best possible service. However, we understand that certain situations may require a refund. Below are the conditions under which refunds may be processed.
1. Refund for Service Withdrawal
If your plans have changed and you no longer need your Perfect eSIM, you may be eligible for a full refund within 180 days (6 months) of purchase.
To qualify for a full refund:
- The eSIM must have been purchased directly from the Perfect eSIM website.
- The eSIM must not have been activated.
- The purchase must have been made within the last 6 months.
If the eSIM has already been activated and/or partially used, we will review your case individually and provide a suitable solution where possible.
2. Refund for Incompatible or Locked Device
If you purchased a Perfect eSIM and later discover that your device is incompatible or carrier-locked, you may be eligible for a full refund.
To qualify for a full refund:
- The QR code must not have been scanned.
- No data from the plan must have been used.
- The purchase must have been made within the last 6 months.
To verify incompatibility or device lock status, we may request:
- A screenshot of your device information.
- Additional relevant details for verification.
3. Refund for Connection Issues
If your Perfect eSIM does not function due to:
- A technical issue on our side, or
- Network infrastructure issues in the destination country,
we may offer a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Before requesting a refund, you must first contact us through one of the following methods:
You must report the issue during your trip. Refunds cannot be guaranteed if you contact us only after your trip has ended.
Other Cases
In situations not listed above, Perfect eSIM may, at its discretion, issue a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
